About the Role
The Enterprise Account Executive is an entrepreneurial, highly driven, SaaS salesmaker who is ready to dive headfirst into the PactSafe waters. They know how to penetrate and navigate complex accounts. You love solving business problems as much as you love closing deals, but you also enjoy the winning feeling of bringing home the big logo, too. Ideally, you've owned a complex sales cycle in the contract lifecycle or adjacent space from the very first conversation all the way through to contract execution.

This role can be based in our Indianapolis, IN HQ or you may work remotely. If remote, candidates based in major target markets or airport hubs such as Chicago, New York, or San Francisco will be given preference.

You'll be a great fit for the role if:

  • You have a minimum of 5-10 years of full cycle sales experience in a similar capacity as a top producer.
  • You’ve sold SaaS deals in the six figure range and hit quota goals consistently.
  • You’ve had prior experience selling in either the legal or contract vertical (CLM/eSignature/Contract Generation) or in the e-commerce space. More bonus points if you've sold to in-house legal teams.
  • You're product-focused, ready to roll up your sleeves, and are an outcome-focused seller. You're ready to understand a new developing market, and you're ready to be as comfortable talking to customers about APIs as you are making small talk at a networking event.
  • You know how to manage a territory, work with partners, and tap your network to develop your own pipeline, in addition to what you're supplied by a Sales Development team.
  • You’ve managed complex deal cycles in the past, leveraging multiple resources across your team to win big logos.
  • You’re comfortable working in a fast-paced startup & have an interest in helping to define and build processes and help coach junior team members.
  • You have a passion for process optimization and digital transformation — and helping customers solve problems as much as you care about selling software.
  • You’re naturally curious about our business and the problems we solve for customers, and have a bias to ask why rather than how.
  • You’re a self-starter that can pick up new information quickly, on your own.
  • You’re a great forecaster of what deals you’ll close in a given time period.
  • You’ve worked closely with a product team as the front-line of feedback for our future roadmap.
  • You're comfortable traveling -- both to our HQ and to visit customers in major metros often. Once we can do that safely again, of course.
